Alumni Engagement Coordinator

The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is supervised by the Student Success Counselor and is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of engagement strategies for the Scholar alumni community. The position develops and implements strategies based on internal and external research, such as coordinating opportunities for alumni to connect with current Scholars and each other, increasing the number of alumni actively participating in the online alumni community, maximizing the participation of volunteers in the Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) and associated committees, and supporting efforts to measure the social and economic mobility impacts of scholarship programs for alumni.

This position is at the Foundation’s office in Eugene and is required to occasionally travel and work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends for committee meetings and events. Administrative Associate

Administrative Associates serve as key members of our support team, with the primary responsibilities of providing high level clerical and administrative support for the Foundation. The position has significant interaction with the public, grantees, consultants, and vendors. The role works in close collaboration with other Foundation administrative staff and participates as needed in a variety of team meetings and occasional special Foundation-wide projects.

This job is located at the Foundation’s office in Roseburg and requires occasional travel and work outside normal business hours, including some evenings and weekends. Currently, Foundation staff have a hybrid schedule, working three (or more) days in the office and two days from home.
